Ion Izagirre wins wet stage 6 as Carapaz moves into red – Vuelta a Espana
A gripping finish to Stage 6 of La Vuelta saw a major shake-up in the overall classification as Richard Carapaz took the lead from Primoz Roglic. Hugh Carthy moved up into second place ahead of Dan Martin while Ion Izagirre took victory on a wet and windy day after pulling clear near the top of the final climb.
