How Marking The Spot will combat the Coronavirus

Dear reader,

The coronavirus pandemic has brought the sporting world to a standstill. The sporting calendar has not seen disruption on such a scale since the outbreak of the second World War.

Running a sports website when there is no sport being played is particularly challenging, nevertheless I am putting in place plans to bring you different content from my usual offering.

Match reports and news will be replaced by opinion and feature pieces.

With the sporting world taking a necessary timeout I will look to entertain you with stories from the past.

Above all else I urge you to follow government advise with regards to this virus so that we call all enjoy sport when this pandemic is defeated.
