🏁 Carlos Sainz is a Grand Prix winner! The Spaniard went through a rollercoaster of emotions but got past his teammate Charles Leclerc after a late safety car to secure his maiden win at the British Grand Prix. Red Bull’s Sergio a Perez recovered from early contact to climb to P2 with Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton third. Leclerc finished fourth. The race was red flagged for close to an hour after a terrifying turn one incident on the opening lap that saw the Alfa Romeo of Zhou launched into the barriers and several other runners crash out including Alex Albon who was taken to hospital as a precaution. The teams head straight to Austria for next week’s Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring. 🏁 Max Verstappen holds off Carlos Sainz to win the Canadian Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver lead from the start with the Alpine of Fernando Alonso getting passed by Sainz early in proceedings. Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton came third but in the grand scheme of the title fight Charles Leclerc drove from P19 to P5 to limit his losses for an engine change. The teams have a week off before the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. 🏁 Verstappen leads home a Red Bull 1-2 on the streets of Baku as Ferrari suffer a costly double DNF. Sergio Perez got the jump over Charles Leclerc off the line. The Prancing Horse suffered reliability issues however forcing both drivers out with Verstappen and Perez taking advantage followed home by the Mercedes of George Russell. The F1 circus heads straight to Canada for the first Canadian Grand Prix since 2019 set to take place next weekend. 🏁 Perez wins in the Principality! Sergio Perez wins a rain delayed Monaco Grand Prix as Ferrari are left to rue their strategy call. For the second year in a row Carlos Sainz brings his Ferrari home in second with Max Verstappen third. Charles Leclerc’s rotten luck on home soil continues as he goes from first to fourth after a calamitous pit call from the men from Maranello. The drivers have two weeks off before they return to action around the streets of Baku for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix! 🏁 Verstappen wins a dramatic Spanish Grand Prix overcoming a trip into the gravel and a DRS issue. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc led from the start and looked in control with his championship rival struggling however a loss of power forced him to retire. Sergio Perez drove a solid race to come home second while Mercedes’ upgrades seem to have had the desired impact with George Russell third ahead of Carlos Sainz who had a day to forget. Verstappen takes over the lead in the Drivers’ Championship but Leclerc will hope to hope to bounce back instantly at his home race in Monaco next weekend. 🏁 Verstappen wins the inaugural Miami Grand Prix! Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc led from the start but his teammate Carlos Sainz had a poor getaway allowing Verstappen to put his Red Bull up into second. The Dutchman was patient and used his straight line speed advantage to get past Leclerc before cruising to an easy victory. Back to Barcelona for the next race in two weeks. 🏁 Red Bull spoil Ferrari’s party. Max Verstappen has made it two wins from two this weekend as he converted pole position from yesterday’s sprint into victory at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. His teammate Sergio Perez came home second while McLaren’s Lando Norris inherited third as Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc spun while chasing Perez coming home 6th on Italian soil. His teammate Carlos Sainz saw his race end on the opening lap after contact with Daniel Ricciardo. A dramatic weekend that has shaken things up. Next stop Miami for a brand new circuit! Advantage Verstappen. Red Bull’s Max Verstappen made a late move stick to win the Sprint race ahead of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc had taken the lead after a great start but tyre degradation proved costly as he was unable to hold off Verstappen. The sister Red Bull of Sergio Perez will start on the second row of the grid alongside the Ferrari of Carlos Sainz who managed to finish 4th after starting P10. The action continues tomorrow at Imola. 🏁 Two wins from three! Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc dominated the Australian Grand Prix to pick up his second win of the season. Red Bull’s Sergio Perez came home a distant second ahead of Mercedes’ George Russell. Defending World Champion Max Verstappen was on course for a second placed finish but another engine issue forced him to retire. Next stop Imola!
