Sick Kits of the week 3

The MLS season kicks off this weekend so I have selected two sick kits from the US of A that I haven’t already featured. I’ve also picked out two insane kits that were released this past week.

DC United Home

DC United home

DC United will look the part at home this season wearing this jersey. Adidas have done a fantastic job on this one. The black two tone horizontal stripes combined with three red stripes along the side make this kit look absolutely stunning.

Vancouver Whitecaps Away

The Vancouver Whitecaps away kit is something else. The faded effect from lighter blue to dark navy looks fantastic as it moves down into the shorts and socks. Adidas continue to pull put all the stops for the Whitecaps who have had equally beautiful kits in the past.

Mexico Home

Mexico Copa America

Ahead of this summer’s centenary edition of the Copa America Adidas have launched a new home kit for Mexico. The kit has a retro look to it with a v-neck collar along with vertical dark and light green stripes. As with all of Adidas’s latest kits this one also features three stripes along the sides.  A lovely look for a Mexico team that could go far in the tournament.

RCD Mallorca Centenary home kit

Mallorca Centenery kit

This weekend Spanish club RCD Mallorca celebrated the centenary of their club by wearing a special limited edition kit styled on the one the first players of the club wore. The vintage style is absolutely beautiful with the string neck and special centenary crest this truly is a one of a kind kit. Just in case you are wondering Mallorca won their match this weekend wearing said kit.

Yet more beautiful kits to drool over. Adidas have insured the MLS will look stylish this year while Macron have produced one of the nicest vintage kits I have ever seen.
