One day after having his pocket picked just 200 metres from the finish, Magnus Cort bounced back with a remarkable Stage 12 victory in a reduced bunch sprint in sweltering Cordoba. Roglič rebounds to win stage 11 – Vuelta a España

Primoz Roglic broke Magnus Cort’s heart to take his second win of La Vuelta after outkicking big rival Enric Mas on the ramped finale to Stage 11 once both riders had blasted past the last man standing from the day’s breakaway in Valdepenas de Jaen. Norway’s Odd Christian Eiking dug deep to retain the red jersey with a solid 10th place.
