Jack Grealish was left out of Everton’s Carabao Cup tie with Newcastle United on Thursday “due to a breach of club discipline”. Everton did not disclose any further details but it is believed it was for missing a training session. England winger Grealish, 31, is on loan at Everton from Manchester City.
