Duffy header rescues draw for Ireland against Azerbaijan

Ireland scrambled to rescue a 1-1 draw at home to Azerbaijan thanks to an 87th minute Shane Duffy header in their 2022 World Cup qualifier. Azerbaijan took a shock lead in first half injury time through a stunning strike from Emin Makhmudov. The result effectively ends any slim hopes Ireland had of qualifying for the 2022 World Cup.
