Tottenham manager Antonio Conte says surgery to remove his gallbladder “has gone well” and he is now beginning his recovery before his return to the club. The 53-year-old Italian required an operation on Wednesday after he was diagnosed with cholecystitis, an inflammation of the gallbladder.
