Ireland delivered a statement performance for the ages to stun England and claim a record Six Nations win at Twickenham. Andy Farrell’s under pressure team scored five tries as they completely out-played the hosts, who had won their last nine home games going back to 2024. Man of the match Jamison Gibson-Park, Rob Baloucoune and Tommy O’Brien all scored first-half tries with Jack Crowley’s kicks giving Ireland a 22-7 lead.

Arundell scores hat-trick as England pile misery on Wales

A remorseless England piled pain and points on Wales as they began their hunt for the Six Nations title with a 48-7 victory at Allianz Stadium. Wing Henry Arundell, making his first start for his country in more than two years, scored a first-half hat-trick as England put themselves out of sight before the break. New Zealand turn on style to overcome Ireland

New Zealand’s All Blacks earned their Chicago revenge on Saturday with a 26-13 victory at Soldier Field after a highly controversial Tadhg Beirne 20-minute red card. Beirne was dismissed for a third-minute high tackle on Beauden Barrett, for which he was shown yellow on the field of play but saw it surprisingly upgraded to red after a bunker review. Andy Farrell’s side initially responded superbly but a second half fightback turned the game on its head.

Russell misses late conversion as England hold off Scotland

England edged towards the business end of the Six Nations in contention for the title as Finn Russell missed a 79th-minute conversion and Scotland’s Calcutta Cup winning streak ended at Allianz Stadium. Tries from Ben White and Huw Jones gave the dominant visitors a three-point half-time lead, but England hung in the fight and got the better of the breakdown after the break. A late Duhan van der Merwe try gave Russell the opportunity to win the game but the Scottish captain fluffed his lines.
