Everton’s Seamus Coleman out of FA Cup semi-final vs Man.United
Everton will be without starting right-back Seamus Coleman ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup semi-final clash against Manchester United. The Irishman adds to The Toffees defensive woes with center-backs Phil Jagielka and John Stones facing late fitness tests with defensive midfielder Gareth Barry another concern as they head to Wembley.
Manager Roberto Martinez said in his press conference on Friday morning that the Ireland defender will miss this weekends clash, having also missed out on Wednesday’s 4-0 derby defeat at the hands of Liverpool due to a hamstring injury suffered against Southampton last weekend.
This is a worrying sign for Irish fans who will hope the Donegal man is fit come this summers Euro’s.
