George Russell has urged the FIA to make “bold” decisions at this weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix amid fears rain could put the drivers in danger at Spa-Francorchamps. Formula 1 visits Spa just four weeks after racing driver Dilano van ‘t Hoff died in an accident in the Formula Regional European Championship at the Belgian circuit.
