Red Bull team principal Christian Horner says he is “not aware” of the team having breached Formula 1’s budget cap, amid reports they could be penalised for over-spending during the 2021 campaign. Alex Albon set to leave hospital after suffering anaesthetic complications

Williams driver Alex Albon suffered respiratory failure and was treated in intensive care following appendix surgery at the weekend. The 26-year-old had an operation on Saturday but suffered “post-operative anaesthetic complications” and was put on a ventilator.
