Liverpool have reached an agreement to sign Cody Gakpo for a fee between £35m and £45m from PSV, the Dutch club have announced. The 23-year-old attacker will leave for England imminently where he will undergo a medical before finalising personal terms with Liverpool.

FC Barcelona have announced an agreement in principle with Sevilla for defender Jules Koundé. The 23 year old Frenchman was a target for Chelsea but the Catalan giants launched a late bid for talented centre back and proved successful in keeping him in Spain.

Manchester United have completed the signing of Argentina defender Lisandro Martinez from Ajax. The 24-year-old, who won two Eredivisie titles under United boss Erik ten Hag in Amsterdam, has signed a contract until 2027 at Old Trafford, with the option of a further 12 months.

Oleksandr Zinchenko is the latest player to join Arsenal after leaving Manchester City for a move to the Gunners. Zinchenko, who can player in multiple positions including left-back and central midfield, will be reunited with Mikel Arteta, after the pair worked together when the Spaniard was Guardiola’s assistant at City between 2016 and 2019.

Bayern Munich have completed the signing of Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt in a deal worth €70m. The 22 year old Netherlands international has signed a five-year deal with the German champions. The German giants could see the fee rise by a further €10m in add-ons.
