Verstappen beats Leclerc to Sprint pole in Austin

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen made amends for qualifying sixth for the US Grand Prix by taking pole for Saturday’s sprint race in Austin. Verstappen beat Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, on pole for the GP by 0.055 seconds with Lewis Hamilton third 0.069secs off for Mercedes. McLaren’s Lando Norris was fourth ahead of team-mate Oscar Piastri.

Leclerc takes pole ahead of Norris for Sunday’s US Grand Prix

Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc will start from pole in Sunday’s US Grand Prix ahead of McLaren’s Lando Norris and the Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton. Max Verstappen saw a lap time that would have taken pole position deleted for track limits meaning the reigning champions will start from P6.

Carlos Sainz claims pole position ahead of US Grand Prix

Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz took pole position ahead of the US Grand Prix ahead of his teammate Charles Leclerc and Red Bull’s Max Verstappen. Leclerc will however take a grid penalty as will Sergio Perez meaning Mercedes Lewis Hamilton will start P3 behind Sainz and Verstappen.
