Leclerc and Sainz lockout front row ahead of Mexico City GP

Charles Leclerc led Carlos Sainz to a surprising Ferrari one-two in qualifying for the Mexico City Grand Prix. The Scuderia’s pace came out of nowhere as Leclerc pipped Sainz by 0.067 seconds while Red Bull’s Max Verstappen was 0.097secs off the lead in third. Daniel Ricciardo added to the unexpected feel of the grid with a superb fourth place for Alpha Tauri.

Hamilton and Leclerc disqualified from US Grand Prix for technical breach

Lewis Hamilton lost his second-place finish at the United States Grand Prix after being disqualified when his Mercedes failed a physical floor and plank wear inspection after Sunday’s race. Verstappen beats Leclerc to Sprint pole in Austin

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen made amends for qualifying sixth for the US Grand Prix by taking pole for Saturday’s sprint race in Austin. Verstappen beat Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, on pole for the GP by 0.055 seconds with Lewis Hamilton third 0.069secs off for Mercedes. McLaren’s Lando Norris was fourth ahead of team-mate Oscar Piastri.
