German champions Bayern Munich have sealed the signing of Liverpool forward Luis Diaz. The Colombian spent three-and-a-half seasons at Anfield, winning the Premier League, FA Cup and two League Cups after his move from FC Porto in January 2022. Diaz was also a part of the side that reached the 2022 UEFA Champions League final. He scored 41 goals in 148 total appearances for Liverpool.

FC Barcelona captain Raphinha scored a hat-trick to lead them to a commanding 4-1 home victory over Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Wednesday, ending a near decade-long winless run against the German powerhouses.
