The Catalans took an early lead through Andres Christensen but were soon pegged back by Artem Dovbyk. Barca regained the lead but Cristian Portu’s brace from the bench turned the tie on its head ultimately ending the title race.

Nathan Collins’ sublime individual goal earned Ireland a 1-1 draw away to Ukraine in the UEFA Nations League. The 21 year old centre back’s first half strike gave Ireland the lead but the hosts responded just minutes into the second half through Artem Dovbyk with both sides unable to find a winner in Łódź.

Artem Dovbyk scored a late winner in extra-time as Ukraine saw off ten man Sweden to line up a quarter-final tie against England at Euro 2020. Oleksandr Zinchenko had give Ukraine the lead before Emil Forsberg brought Sweden level just before half-time. The dismissal of Marcus Danielson in extra-time proved costly for the Scandinavians.
