Man United’s Patrick Dorgu out for 10 weeks with hamstring injury

Manchester United’s Patrick Dorgu is set to miss around 10 weeks with a hamstring injury. The 21-year-old sustained the injury while chasing a long ball in the second half of United’s 3-2 win at league leaders Arsenal on Sunday, in which he scored a half-volley from just outside the box. United are still assessing the extent of the injury, with a timeline still not totally certain.

Arsenal missed a chance to move eight points clear at the top of the Premier League as they were held to a frustrating goalless draw by Liverpool. The Gunners dominated the opening 45 minutes, but it was Liverpool who had the best chance when Conor Bradley seized on a mix-up between David Raya and William Saliba and sent a chipped effort against the crossbar. Eberechi Eze scored his first senior hat-trick as Arsenal thrashed north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur to move six points clear at the top of the Premier League. Leandro Trossard opened the scoring for an utterly dominant Arsenal in the 36th minute then Eze doubled the hosts’ advantage before the break before adding a brace in the second half at the Emirates.
