Max Verstappen has confirmed that he will remain with Red Bull for the 2026 season ahead of the Hungarian Grand Prix, after months of speculation that he could join Mercedes. The four-time and reigning World Champion’s future has been one of the hottest topics in the Formula 1 paddock this campaign, with it confirmed by Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff several weeks ago that he was having conversations with Verstappen about a drive for the Silver Arrows.

Boxing legend George Foreman dies aged 76

Boxing heavyweight legend George Foreman has died aged 76. Known as Big George in the ring, the American built one of the most remarkable and enduring careers in the sport, winning Olympic gold in 1968 and claiming the world heavyweight title twice, 21 years apart – the second making him the oldest champion in history aged 45.
