Everton boss Lampard ‘absolutely’ does not fear being sacked

Frank Lampard was left clinging on to his job as Everton manager following a damaging 2-0 defeat at fellow strugglers West Ham. Lampard however says he does not fear being sacked while Everton majority owner Farhad Moshiri “It’s not my decision” when asked if the former England midfielder was inline to be sacked.

Juventus docked 15 points over transfer dealings

Juventus have been docked 15 points following an investigation into the club’s past transfer dealings, Italy’s football federation (FIGC) says. The Serie A giants were accused of fixing their balance sheets by artificial gains from club transfers. Juventus had been in third place but the penalty will drop them to 10th.

Chelsea have completed the signing of Ukraine forward Mykhailo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk. The winger was a long time target of Arsenal with the Gunners in talks to sign him however the Blues moved quickly to pay the asking price set by the Ukrainian club to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

Manchester United staged a stunning late turnaround to come from behind and beat Manchester City in a dramatic derby at Old Trafford. City looked to be closing the gap on Premier League leaders Arsenal after substitute Jack Grealish headed them in front but goals from Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford saw United take the three points.
