Everton have confirmed the appointment of former Burnley boss Sean Dyche as their new manager on a two-and-a-half-year contract. Dyche is the seventh permanent manager hired by Toffees owner Farhad Moshiri since he took over the club nearly seven years ago and he is tasked with helping them avoid relegation.

Everton have sacked manager Frank Lampard after Saturday’s 2-0 defeat by West Ham left them 19th in the Premier League and without a win in 10 matches in all competitions. Lampard’s dismissal follows Everton owner Farhad Moshiri attending his first match since October 2021 as the Toffees succumbed to defeat at the London Stadium – their third consecutive loss in the league.

Chelsea sign Mykhailo Mudryk for £88.5m from Shakhtar Donetsk

Chelsea have completed the signing of Ukraine forward Mykhailo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk. The winger was a long time target of Arsenal with the Gunners in talks to sign him however the Blues moved quickly to pay the asking price set by the Ukrainian club to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
