Brighton have appointed Italian Roberto De Zerbi as their new head coach on a four-year contract. The 43-year-old most recently coached Shakhtar Donetsk but left them this summer following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. He is well regarded in his native Italy after an impressive three year spell at Sassuolo.
