Red Bull’s Max Verstappen sent out a chilling message to his Formula 1 rivals with a crushing victory in the season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix. The defending champion finished 22 seconds clear of teammate Sergio Perez while Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz came home third ahead of teammate Charles Leclerc.
