Newcastle United’s arbitration proceedings against the Premier League over last year’s aborted takeover bid have been adjourned until early 2022. Both parties have agreed to go to arbitration in early 2022 due to issues with the disclosure of evidence.

Oosthuizen one clear of Morikawa ahead of final round at The Open

Louis Oosthuizen remained on course for a wire-to-wire victory at The 149th Open as a 69 on day three was enough to stay in the outright lead ahead of Collin Morikawa, with Jordan Spieth three back after a bogey, bogey finish.
