Tottenham have reached an agreement for Igor Tudor to become their interim manager until the end of the season, leaving the door open for Mauricio Pochettino to return this summer. The club turned to Tudor after making checks on the former Borussia Dortmund manager Edin Terzic and the former RB Leizpig manager Marco Rose. The former Croatia international has been out of work since he left Juventus in October after the Serie A club went eight games without a win.

The 66-year-old replaces Igor Tudor, who was sacked after the Serie A side’s defeat by Lazio on Sunday. Juventus have sacked their head coach, Igor Tudor, after failing to win their last eight matches in all competitions, the Serie A club said on Monday. Tudor’s last game in charge was a 1-0 loss away to Lazio that leaves them eight in the Serie A standings. Massimo Brambilla, head coach of the reserve team, will temporarily take over as the first team manager with his first game coming at home to Udinese on Wednesday.

Juventus have sacked manager Thiago Motta after just nine months in charge and replaced him Croatian Igor Tudor. Former Italy international Motta, 42, departs with the 36-time Serie A champions one point outside the Champions League qualification places in fifth. His final match in charge was a 3-0 defeat at Fiorentina last weekend, having been thrashed 4-0 at home by Atalanta the previous week.
